About MCSnow

MCSnow Inc. is an Ontario-based ServiceNow consultancy led by Shahab Mansoor — an enterprise architect who has spent 14+ years making the platform work for some of the most demanding organizations in North America and Europe.

The consultant behind MCSnow

Shahab Mansoor

Shahab is an Enterprise Architect and ServiceNow leader with over 15 years delivering large-scale digital and platform transformation across global, North American, and European programs. His ServiceNow experience runs the full arc — strategy, architecture, pre-sales, implementation, and custom application development — including technical leadership of enterprise CMDB, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, and Azure-to-CMDB integration initiatives.

He has worked in the ServiceNow ecosystem since the Aspen release (2012) and has delivered upgrades across the platform's entire release alphabet — Aspen, Calgary, and Fuji through Geneva, Jakarta, Kingston, London, and Orlando to the current era. Very few consultants have seen the platform evolve first-hand for that long; it shapes an instinct for what survives upgrades and what turns into technical debt.

He has served as architecture authority for a Canadian federal legislative institution, led multi-instance platforms supporting tens of thousands of users, merged production instances for major banks, and retired legacy tools that organizations had depended on for decades. Along the way he has trained and mentored the internal teams who keep those platforms healthy — because a platform you can't run yourself isn't a solution.

His approach is consistent: out-of-the-box first, architecture before configuration, and governance that outlives the engagement.

That discipline matters more, not less, as ServiceNow becomes an AI platform. Agentic capabilities like Now Assist and AI Agents reason over your CMDB, your service data, and your processes — so trusted data, CSDM 5-aligned models, and real platform governance are now the difference between AI that works and AI that guesses. Those foundations are exactly what Shahab has spent his career building.
